Pricing Errors:

Due to unforeseen technical problems or changes in supply, occasionally the wrong price may be displayed on the website. If we cannot honour the advertised price, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale until it can be corrected.
Please contact us with any questions on pricing.

Stock Level Errors:

We try our best to have accurate stock levels on all our products on the website, but sometimes discrepancies occur. If you order an item that isn’t in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss either a substitution, refund, or an updated timeframe on delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy seriously. In order for us to gain and maintain your continued patronage, Classic Model Cars (Australia) operates under a strict code of conduct, detailed below in our Privacy Statement.

We will not provide your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.

RETURNS POLICY

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your goods, we will gladly refund, exchange or credit your item, providing the following conditions are met:

• You make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your purchase at sales@classicmodelcars.com.au
• The goods are returned unused and in saleable condition
• Postage is paid by you for the return of the item

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer, and are sent at their risk. Registered post and insurance is highly recommended, as Classic Model Cars (Australia) is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items in transit. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Item Damaged in Shipping:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will discuss with you the best course of action.
Please note: We can only replace or refund items damaged in shipping that have had insurance purchased for them during checkout.

Processing Refunds and Warranties:

We process all warranty claims and refunds as quickly as possible. This will usually within 7 days of us receiving the goods. If warranties require specialist testing or shipment to our suppliers, it may take up to 30 days to process. We will issue refunds in the same payment method that was used in the original purchase.

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.

We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
